The spacers do NOT come with keys unless you buy that particular kit. The keys are for the front to turn the torsion bars and that is a complete waste of money[imo]
Get the spacers for the rear springs, depending on 1,2 or 3 inch. I have always gone with 2". Then use a air to turn the torsion...
01 XLT 4wd 5.4 with 113k. Every little bump or dip in the road the front end makes bad squeaking noises. When stationary and turning the wheel it does the same thing. Sounds like its basically worn out as in bushings and shocks possibly? Something in the steering?
I plan on replacing the shocks...
You are doing well getting that mpg. I had the same issue with my 98 4.6 on any incline/hill. The only solution I know which cost wise would be too much for me, is to burn a chip to change the shift points or a higher gear.
I have lifted 3 1st gen 4wd models, however I,m stuck with trying to figure out a 2wd. I have an 01 2wd with springs all the way around. Can someone start me in the right direction please?
