    The spacers do NOT come with keys unless you buy that particular kit. The keys are for the front to turn the torsion bars and that is a complete waste of money[imo] Get the spacers for the rear springs, depending on 1,2 or 3 inch. I have always gone with 2". Then use a air to turn the torsion...

    01 XLT 4wd 5.4 with 113k. Every little bump or dip in the road the front end makes bad squeaking noises. When stationary and turning the wheel it does the same thing. Sounds like its basically worn out as in bushings and shocks possibly? Something in the steering? I plan on replacing the shocks...

    33,s will do fine but are you staying with the factory wheel? I ran 33,s on a 16x10 with very minor trimming on the lower valence on 2 of mine.

    You are doing well getting that mpg. I had the same issue with my 98 4.6 on any incline/hill. The only solution I know which cost wise would be too much for me, is to burn a chip to change the shift points or a higher gear.
