So, even in your meandering example, the taxes collected are nowhere near original purchase price?
And I'm not sure what fairness have to do with it? By what definition would it be fair?
It is highly unlikely that the tax revenue generated from the sale of a vehicle will generate more revenue than it's original sale price, in fact I think it's pretty much impossible.
> communist state
Literally not a thing.
But also, it's just another metric of raising money for the state government. Not like its helped the UP much, shockingly.
Getting some Gator vibes from that.
Normally, I am against smoking or tinting lights both for safety reason, and because it's usually done poorly, but yours looks great!
Gen 1 ecoboost was only introduced on the Explorer in 2013 (not sure if PIUs had it earlier). 5th gen started in 2011.
It was also used in the latest gen Flex - I think even from 2009 onwards - and I'm pretty sure it was in the Taurus too (civ and police).
A widely used engine and quite sturdy...
Thanks for the pic, that's interesting to see.
Order guides will have the definitive answer, but dunno when they'll be released. Apparently by the end of this month, but 2019 order guide was released around mid July, so there might be some leeway.
After having heard about what the King Ranch...
This thread is so confusing. Is there actually a question as to whether or not cruise control engine brakes going downhill?I s that not standard?
Do people not do that anyway? What did everyone do when driving manual cars?
Here is a link explaining adaptive cruise control in Fords -
Very common on Explorers. Literally every post on the Facebook group for 5th gens is about the hood paint peeling, but it is covered by a 5yr/unlimited miles warranty.
The reason for selling volume is actually so that more, and higher cost, service repairs are approved by Ford, and so this dealership will be at the top of the list (or close enough) to when it comes to waiting for parts as well.
The only memory I have of the Eddie Bauer trim is when my grandfather rented an EB Expedition 15 or so years ago and took his wife, my brother, and me road tripping. That was THE shit. I remember seeing the badge and going "huh, I have a shirt with the same brand, cool!" - only Fords I knew...
Yeah, I totally see the appeal of getting the KR. If there was one option I would get, it's leather. And not the cheap leather trimmed bullshit, but proper sink your buttcheeks and relax leather.
