The entire panel structure on this vehicle is aluminum. A big enough chunk of ice forced into it via the electric motors forcing the hatch open? Possible. Not optimal, but possible.
"sport" mode doesn't change the tune/power. It adjusts throttle response and transmission shift paramters. That's it. Maybe folks like having more horsepower? Why is that thought so offensive to you? By that thought, the stealth performance edition shouldn't be necessary because you can get...
Nobody is de-tuning anything. They're tuning for a 'competitive' power figure, and nothing more which they can also build in NVH standards and meet emissions and mpg requirements, and leaving available "steps" in power increases without having to generate a new product. Hence the 370hp being...
I live here in FL. I can't find any roads to even use cruise control on anymore with all this traffic!
adaptive cruise doesn't take into account the trailer behind the vehicle. It can't possibly know anything about the trailer and respond appropriately in traffic.
They would.
If there were no accountants and the bottom line didn't matter.
But we live in the real world where the bottom line matters more. So what's your next argument against it, that holds water?
The rest of y'all, if you spend any time working where gloves are needed, happy holidays...
There really aren't any "replacement" tow mirrors for these. We use a cam on the back of the TT but to be fair, it's lousy. The trailer blind spot monitoring on these is great, though. Clip on mirrors are hit or miss
I was going to say. Shifting funny is not necessarily an indication of bad fluid. It's often related to the factory trans programming. Make sure you have the most up to date PCM calibration. Other than that, I highly recommend an aftermarket trans retune. Especially if you're 2018-2020, try 5...
it's like you think you're the first one to try this.
Wind blew a cart into the car. They aren't paying for that. 100% guarantee. Store doesn't control the wind OR where people leave carts.
OP: The panels are aluminum. It may be a little trickier than steel panels, but a paintless dent removal...
If OEM is paper, I'd stick with that. The factory intake flows tremendously well. Other than that, maybe a dry flow filter. I don't mess with oiled filters anymore.
y'all know you can access the owner's manual on your sync system, right?
As for the stealth sport suspension, our non-CCD 304a actually rides nicer than our 2020 FX4.
304A is worth it because you get the 3.5HO. It gets dual exhaust because of the 3.5HO ;) That's the premium you're paying for...
22/23 are exactly the same.
We have the 15" and it's tremendous. Takes maybe a day or two to get used to operating the climate on it, and once that's done, it's ridiculously simple and well thought out.
