yes I did - you can see it does have the large protruding bracket on the drivers side of the engine. With this engine you need the '21-'22 version of the engine cover. It fits over this bracket.
It fit perfectly:
The only thing I had to do was sort through my nuts and bolts to find 2 nuts and washers to fit.

I have a '22 Timberline
You can take a look at the EPA certification fuels used here:
https://www.epa.gov/compliance-and-fuel-economy-data/annual-certification-data-vehicles-engines-and-equipment
And no I don't work at EPA or am a chemist but I do sell hundreds of millions of gallons of gasoline and diesel each year.
Nope - this is what I do for a living. Show me proof that there are no additives in the fuel Ford uses.
Plenty of reading to put you to sleep right here:

Agree - disappointing support. I have a Raptor and a Rubicon Jeep - there are thousands of options for those - currently there are minimal options available for the Timberline. Hopefully will improve as more of these are in the hands of enthusiasts.
Agree - The BFG KO2's are mountain snowflake rated the Recons are not. I have Recons and love them but I'm in Florida and haven't seen any snow here since one time in the 70's and again in the early 80's. At some point I'll be relocating my Timberline to VT and will prob get a separate set of...

You can see some pics here in an earlier post - The diameter was more of an issue than the width - remember I had the 17x8.5 rim at +34mm. With that offset the tire was getting close to the upper...
I would definitely be interested in this mod - wonder if a bracket could be fabricated to anchor the rear of the cover or relocate the factory bracket that is in the way - dont know if the Timberline is different - the top of the motor is busy but looks like the rear attachment points are clear
I only have about 5k on them so not much time spent with them. I have had several KO2's and they are great tires. My initial impressions are: size for size the Nitto's are larger and more aggressive appearing than the BFG's. I would say the KO2's run small. The Nittos are louder than the...
Take a look at some of my earlier posts - I've been running 295-70-18 Recon Grapplers on stock wheels and suspension. Zero issues or rubbing. I have a Raptor and Rubicon Jeep so they are my off roading vehicles of choice - there is clearance with the 295's but I have not done a lot of tire...
Love it. The navigation view is actually useable and so much better than with the smaller screen. Google maps or Apple Maps are so much better than my Raptor with the smaller screen.
I wouldn't go back.
I’m on my 3rd Expedition - I love my Timberline. I am a V8 guy but wow the 3.5 HO is a beast. I have a Gen 1 Raptor 6.2 that I will never sell (unless I get an allocation for a Raptor R) - the Timberline is a great combination of roominess, capability and power.
I would not hesitate to run a 295-70-18. I was initially a little concerned but the 3.5 HO motor has so much torque you wont notice much difference. I will migrate to a true 35” after some suspension and body mods become available.
I have had zero issues with the Recon Grappler 295-70-18 on the stock Timberline wheels. It fits the body lines well. I have 35x12.5x17 on my Raptor but when fitting them on the Timberline the clearance was tight so I went with the 295's
Most modern cars have a resting demand on the battery - if you are not driving for several days at a time I would invest in a battery maintainer. I have several CTEK maintainers - and have batteries lasting 10 years. Many top manufacturers use rebranded CTEK units - I would advise you to visit...
I mounted my 35x12.5x17’s on the Timberline from my Raptor. I posted pics earlier in this thread - I thought it was a little too close but they will work. I ended up going to 295-70-18 will prob upgrade in the future when more suspension options are available.
