    There's a couple symptoms I'm seein there. How was the engine running? Hard start, rough idle? A couple plugs look like they may have been the wrong heat range, or they were in there way too long. I'd put new coils in if you haven't since you've owned it. Check your air filter, too.     That's what I did. I only used loctite on the loose one, but man I was goin nuts trying to find the noise. Every time you fix something, something else breaks.

    My accelerator was sticken for a while, put a few paper towels under the throttle cable and blast a little WD in it. I did that about 2 years ago and never had a problem again.

    I've got a MAC Cai on my 5.4, pretty happy with it. Had to cut it shorter when I got it by 1/4", but Mac was also the only company that showed hp and torque specs on my engine. No one else did.

    Yeah I haven't really heard of anything like that either. Ball joints and tie rods, sure, but torsion bars? Didn't sound right to me.

    Caliper and pads are all good, thinking upper balljoint on the passenger side. I stood on the passenger side running board and rocked the truck, heard it pop once. Climbed under and looked at the suspension, nothing looks worn out.
