I'll add to the above that Ford already has production scheduled for the Expedition out to the 3rd week in May 2022. The production scheduling attached to this thread does not have further production scheduled as Ford logistics hopefully gets a better handle on parts and sub assembly backorders...
I'll be adding a two camera system to my Expedition when it comes in so I do not have to deal with yahoos in traffic trying to merge between my truck and trailer. Yes, really, happened to me in NJ back in 2003 or 2004, rush hour traffic, me in my 2000 Expedition (Green), towing a white 20 foot...
Ford does not offer a record option due to various state privacy laws.
However, Ford does offer a stand alone system for less than $400

OK, I'm showing my age, remember the old Bartles and James commercial, the one with the two old guys sitting on rockers stating
"It will be any day now, aaaaaaaaaaannnnnnnnnnnnnyyyyyyyyyyyy dddddaaayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy"

I was just using part of your post, I was not at any time singling you out. Having spent time with the board of a non profit hospital run by a Catholic order of nuns, I have the utmost respect for your profession, and for that matter, anyone in the medical profession.

Disclaimer: This is not pointed at any one person, but I am using the quote above for reference. I do not work for Ford, or any subsidiary, but I have 40+ years working in and around companies, both that I privately owned, and fortune 500 companies. In no order, warehouse, production based...
With the cost of fuel, manpower, maintenance of equipment, I can see why Ford would want at least a full truckload to get from one area of their production to a specific dealer or two in the same area. While the old way of transporting vehicles, and the old way Ford dealers used to floorplan...
Having been involved in some form of production in my past, I can both sympathize with you, at yet at the same time, understand why this is happening. With that said, let me explain a little as to why you may not be getting timely responses.
1: You call in and inquire, request a supervisor to...
1: Anti Sway bar for the truck, not the trailer
2: Reese Towpower is what I would suggest, plenty of others on the market equally sufficient
2A: The wiring is under the dash for the brake controller, Ford parts has an adapter for the plug to the brake controller unit. If you can change a light...
Properly set up weight distribution hitch, with anti sway control bar should be done by the selling/servicing dealer of the travel trailer. If not set up correctly, it could do more harm than good.
Electric brakes should be on both axles of the travel trailer, confirm with your selling or...
That is pretty heavy squat, you need to reset your weight distribution hitch bars, and potentially the height of the ball itself to eliminate this imbalance. Could be as easy as lengthening the chain on the bars when you cinch them in to place, but I'm betting if you place the trailer just...
Figure 6-8 weeks to be scheduled for production if today's timeline for mine (ordered 1/24/2022) and my email confirming a schedule date of May 16th is now the standard at Ford. Of course if production remains constant, your time for scheduling may be sooner, rather than later, as Ford had...
Much awaited email has arrived at 12:35pm this afternoon.
My Expedition is scheduled for May 16th, 2022
Even though I cannot yet see the window sticker, all configurations under the tabs are correct.
Anything further, I will document as it arises

The dates shown are in line with typical 2022/2023 model year changeover going all the way back to the early 1960's.
in this case, it was posted over at B.O.F. overnight.

Thursday is scheduling day, you'll eventually get an email stating your car is scheduled.
February orders are not yet scheduled, neither are the last two weeks of January 2022 orders submitted (mine included). Be patient, they were closed for 3 solid weeks, all shifts due to parts shortages...
Ask them if it is being shipped in a container. The 20 foot container is roughly 1,170 cubic ft, which is what they may be insinuating in the first place.
Bill
My friends company paid for the 1st container, hence the truck filled with just about everything he owned at the time (after divorce due to pending relocation for his job) :roflsquared:
