The internals are way different. The 4r100 was made to take the abuse of the Power Stroke.- rburch

Radiator
There are two radiator options for Expeditions. If you have the tow package then it has a bigger HD radiator for more cooling and if you dont have the package then it then it has the thinner standard radiator.- rburch

It wont work. The 4r75w is an updated 4r70w. Although the bell housing bolt pattern is the same that is it for the similarities.- rburch

what price did you pay for your expy?
Just bought my 05 XLT 5.4 4x4 a week ago! 119,000 miles for 13,500. Previous owner was Southern Platte Fire Protection District. So its in great shape! I think it was a good deal considering that for other 2nd gens with around 150,000 are going for 11-12,000- rburch

What did you do to the expy today
Fixed the rear wiper. Wouldnt move so I searched the forum and found that dirt, road grime, etc... get in between the stud and the mount so it needed cleaned and lubed. Works great now! :smile:- rburch
