you shouldn't need to weld anything I am pretty sure you can just bolt it on. The holes are already there or they just need to be drilled. You should be able to see where they need to be drilled
Welcome Great looking truck!! For your rears you might want to nite shade them. It would look bad ass! plus give you time to find some thing custom if you were looking for different rears!
I did my box cover of my F150 and I have to say this fukken shit is fukken amazing! Wish I would of tried it sooner.
Just did a little on the right side left is still way dirty
here is the F150
I would the uppers are extremely easy you just buy new control arms with the balljoint and basically swap them out. its the lowers that are more challenging
so if you blow a plug do you loose power or what ? I turned on my A/C the other day and after about 5 min there was a loud bang sound. but the thing is I have all power and my a/c work just fine. But the sound was a very loud bang and i felt it in the cab. just curious it should run rough...

Black... I think your trying to mix a little of street with a little bit of off road( which I think is cool because your going to be unique). I think you can always ask us for our opinions but in the end if you want to putt on diamond plating (or anything else for that matter) then put it on...
I did mine with bed liner to match the rest of the truck. I just made sure it was clean and sprayed. But if your just painting it I would prime self etching , paint and clear coat
