What did you do to the expy today
put the summer wheels/tires on the excursion and expedition, then washed both of them. wont stay clean long with the roads like they are but they look good!- alaskanexpy

Speedometer and tires size
i dont think you will see much if any difference, i could very well be wrong but who knows? heres a bad pic of my summer tires. keep in mind i run 8" wide wheels in the summer also which makes it just a tad wider then stock 7" wheels- alaskanexpy

Speedometer and tires size
hey dan, i'm running a 265/75 16 E on my expy. mine came with 255/70's stock so my speedo is off showing too slow by 5mph. (@70 i'm doing 75mph) a 238/85 16 is the same height as a 265/75 16 FYI- alaskanexpy

What did you do to the expy today
all i've done is keep gas in it and drive it. with the snow refusing to stop falling and temps not coming up to spring levels the studded snow tires will stay on for a few weeks and a wash will have to wait.- alaskanexpy

Mpg around town

FYI - 2015 Ford Expedition to get 5.0 liter 32-valve Ti-VCT V-8
every test done with comparable trucks, super crew 4x4. with 3:73s. one ecoboost, one 5.0, one 6.2 and the 6.2 is faster then all of them. the 6.2 and ecoboost are much closer then the 5.0. i would check your info on that. i've driven both back to back both super crew short bed (2011...- alaskanexpy

i drove a 2011 lariat limited 6.2 f-150 4x4 for a few days, talk about FUN!!!! holy crap! plus even beating the crap out of it i was getting 12mpg. i was very happy considering i hardly see double digits in my trucks.- alaskanexpy

pisses me off my A4wd setting quit working this fall, pretty sure its a HALL sensor in the t-case. that being said i run 4x4 in alot of situations you guys would freak at. mainly due to black ice..ect its the worst in fall/spring when the roads start melting during the day but shaded spots,side...- alaskanexpy
