I haven't gotten that far yet (I have the modules and wiring but I don't have any mirrors yet). We need to get some "As-Built" code for the SODR and SODL from a Platinum or a rare Limited that has this option.
Where did you get your SOD modules? Did they come out of an Expedition or a different Ford vehicle? Or, were they brand new? Did you initialize your SOD modules before installing them in your Expedition?
This thread got so off-topic I didn't even bother to read the rest of it. If you still have your power window issue, this might help: :)

For Expedition, this is driver's side only. For Navigator, it's both front windows.
The best prevention for electrolysis may be a grounding wire kit. The last time I changed a heater core I made sure to install one since I had to take the dash out just to get to it. That was in a Mercury Grand Marquis and not a truck, but at the time I hoped never to do it again!
I just read where the original post author said his 2000 was "going through too many radiators." Sounds like it could have been electrolysis. That is a problem with aluminum engine cooling components and gets worse with age as the chemistry changes inside the cooling system. It's fairly easy to...
You're talking about running in "Re-circulation" mode all the time? I've never heard of a FORScan setting for this. If you leave it on too long it starts to get "stuffy" inside. I've left it on accidentally like that on a trip and, after a while, noticed I wasn't feeling that great so I switched...
I like to double check them as I'm departing. We live in a cold, wet climate and checking each tire with a pressure gauge is not fun -- especially when you're in a hurry or running late.
I try to post this warning in every one of these 2nd row center seat threads, but it's getting difficult to keep up. LOL There's an EXTRA HOLE under the middle 2nd row seat that isn't plugged by a bolt. When the seat is removed, this creates an opening straight through to the outside world (even...
If you figure it out, please be sure to let us know! I went looking in the factory service manual (FSM) and could not find any mention of this trim piece!
You should refer to the factory service manual. There's a special procedure involving a "locking pin" in those outboard 2nd row seats. If you don't engage it properly, the seat frame can be damaged. As far as I know, the seat frame is neither replaceable nor serviceable. If you were to screw up...

The lack of an individual tire pressure display really ticks me off as well. I have a '17 without it and we also have an '18 that has it. Not being able to verify tire pressures at a glance is very inconvenient -- especially once you get used to having it in another vehicle.
I checked into this...
The steps are controlled by a PRB module. If there is no mechanical obstruction or binding, any "misbehavior" is being caused by the module and needs to be diagnosed that way.
The power running boards are designed to remain deployed above 5 mph even if set to OUT mode. Whether there's a problem with the door ajar switch or not, they should not deploy while driving above 5 mph. If yours are deploying above this speed it sounds like a problem with the Power Running...
Love the new interior, but I don't like the 10-speed transmission. I also have a 2017 and think it's much smoother and shifts a lot better on hills in Tow/Haul mode. In fact, my 2017 is so smooth I seldom really notice the shifting and I never get that strange sensation when the torque convertor...
