I'd pay $29 in a minute to disable auto on/off but I am terrified of screwing something up. Is this a difficult process? Can anyone please post very descriptive step-by-step so I wouldn't mess things up? PLEASE?
I cannot get the dashboard piece to come off. It feels like it is bolted in. I am speaking of the very first panel that must come off to access the switch. How the heck did you get this to snap off?
I went ahead and had the dealer install aftermarket HID lights in the low beams and fogs. $625 total which included the lights and ballasts. They had to remove the front bumper and grill. I watched....it wasn't easy!
Purchased a fully loaded XLT since I couldn't get a Limited with the lighter Med Stone leather interior or with a bench 2nd row seat. All Limiteds I saw have the black (Ebony) interior and Captain chairs second row seats. Deal breaker for me!
Has anyone seen a Limited with the lighter Med Stone...
I am thinking about having the dealer install the HID low beams and Fogs. They said it is a four hour job so it must require considerable disassembly, unlike my 2017 Expedition whose headlight simply slid out.
I can hear a very subtle "white" type noise in the background of my 2018 XLT Expy. Has anyone else heard it? It doesn't change in pitch or volume...always remains the same. Where is the noise coming from (speakers?)?
