    Either one works. Pre-mix is ready to pour; you'll have to add water to 'concentrate', usually its a 50-50 mix. You can mix it before you add it or not. If you're at the cold line when the engine is cold, you're good. Don't do anything.

    I've had several autos that have done this. I eventually chalked it up to the PCM re-tuning the engine due to some environmental change (OAT, coolant temp, humidity, etc...). Sometimes it will be A/C compressor kicking on.

    Are the valves open or closed? Earlier you posted they were open, which is the worst case (possibly contacting the piston...new engine time if so). If closed, you have more options. The valve cover needs to come off first. If its just the cam followers, thats easy. The cam could be damaged...

    My point is that the gas affects all cylinders, not just two. If fuel was the cause, no matter the manner (water, pressure, flow, etc...), all cylinders would be misfiring. Since they aren't, the common cause of fuel is ruled out. The OP is left with plugs, COPs, or injectors on the misfiring...

    I don't think thats unusual. I've similar experiences with my batteries. Performing a fast charge with the charger will always result in a "less than full charge" as the battery 'settles'. The best way to charge is to use a trickle charge and let it run overnight, if you have that mode on...
