You might want to back up the cart and do a week or two trip with a rental trailer to really get the feel of towing and what you are getting into.

IMO for six of you full time in an RV I would ditch the thought of using the expedition for such. You are rapidly going to find that you will want more space than any trailer the expedition is going to handle for extended stay in an RV.
I have a Forest River Grey Wolf 26DJSE which has bunks in...
Ford dealer should be telling you to go by what is on the placard that is directly on your vehicle as that is the exact payload capacity for your specific truck from the factory. That is gospel for your truck.
Tow capacity is rarely an achievable number when talking travel trailers as you will...
I think mine shows in the IP when I have the compass/navigation screen selected. Have to look again but pretty sure it was there.

Here is my setup before getting the WDH really dialed in and adding coil sumpsprings in the rear which results in the Expedition having zero squat.

IMO the Expedition is to light for that weight of travel trailer. Boat sure no problem since you aren't talking the length or sidewalls that a travel trailer has. With a dialed in setup would it do fine sure, but personally I would rather have a 250 for that weight and what I am going to guess...
Yes, look for the video on YouTube for how to do such for the F-150 and it is the same for the expedition. Dash tear down is the same, etc...
You previously could not program it with Forscan on the expedition and needed dealer for that part, but that is no longer the case and can be done...
Yeah the radio is a joke IMO. I have questioned if the sub is even connected at all, but haven't gone back there while the system is sadly trying to reproduce what it can of music notes.

Looks like Alla has moved their commerce all over to Amazon now.

Install video for the low beams. Highs are the same just right below the lows. Note you don't have to take out the main clip like they do. Just the front panel screws.
Fog install (plenty of clearance with the bulbs I listened):

Here is the direct reply of bulbs from Alla for this application:

High Beam 9005 bulb size >>...
Yes, the model listed for the fogs fit with no issue. Ordered mine off of Amazon and yes it says they don't fit. I contacted Alla lighting before ordering.

Here is the part number you would need:
JL3Z-2C006-AA
Here is the how to:
Then just look up how to use Forscan if you don't already know how and use the brake controller activation codes that you would for the F150 with the latest version of Forscan.

You can install it yourself and activate yourself via Forscan.
You use to not be able to activate it yourself, but that is no longer the case.
