I'm having an extended time with r-d, d-r shifting as well. Funky 3-4 up shift where (after shifting to 3rd)the rpm rises, drops, rises then shifts to 4th. They say "no fault found" when back in my day we'd have replaced the valve body.
I just ordered mine before the weekend. Los Angeles has the same prices but x2. $25 for the plate and $10 for the bolts. Obviously declined the bolts because the part system said the nuts were m8 but labeled the bolts as m6 (100% not compatible) so hardware store it is.
@tgams sorry it took so long. Once I realized it wasn't easily visible I decided to wait for when I was doing something in the area. I removed my xentec hid kit because the ballast died after about 7 months.
Here's a pic of my 2016. I removed the grill and headlight for a better picture. @tgams trying to get a good picture of the wiring harness proved to be too difficult. There's always the option to get an air horn.
The benefits would be that it doesn't get to >135F when it takes me 15 seconds to walk to the truck after hitting the remote start and have to load a baby into the hot cabin. Because men's bathrooms still don't have changing tables & I have to return to the truck to change a diaper. Because...
The 2016 is a 3rd gen & mine already has the remote start. The remote start runs for a maximum of 15 minutes and it does not run the rear unit as it's just the driver area. it runs the cooled seats based on the ambient temps. The solar panel I would get is a 350-380W one which would be charging...
Currently the 2016 EL model I have has a rear unit and separate controller. As it is now, the front climate has to be on for the rear to work. Is it possible to separate that so that the rear controls can turn on the rear system?
Also, I'm going to put a second battery, inverter and solar panel...
My next acquisition is a 300+ watt solar panel & controller. 12,18,20,24 v doesn't matter since I'll be buying a mppt controller. You can get a 24v panel and it will convert to 12v charge. I plan on disassembling one of those portable a/c units and incorporating it into the rear a/c to make it...
I'm currently sick but I believe my horn is visible from the driver side I'll mark this in my list & post a pic if someone hasn't yet by the time I'm outside again.
If you can prove that you rear ended the person due to their actions such as witnesses testimony or a video, you will not be at fault. Get educated. Get a dash camera. It's now your choice to be a willing victim of fraud. I'm done.
Only if there is no evidence to show the other driver at fault. Seriously dash cams have caught a bunch of insurance fraudsters because they brake for no reason.
