Does anyone know if the 2004 controls work on the 2003? I am aware that I would have to change the dash so it can fit properly... I just want to know if the 2004 has the same connections in the back as the 2003,,,,- DFendersExpy

Unexplained High Temp reading
Well the mystery has been solved.... CHT sensor needs to be replaced along with the intake manifold gasket needs replacement..... After passing out from what the dealership is charging me to have this done , I have no choice but to get it done.... These are the times I wish I had my own shop...- DFendersExpy

Unexplained High Temp reading
Well I've been managing with this High temp reading on and off for a bit now... turning it on then off then back on to get a normal reading. So as of yesterday I've got a cold temp reading even after driving for a bit. now check engine light is on and the truck just went into limp mode...- DFendersExpy

check the voltage of the battery not connected to the truck.... could be low voltage- DFendersExpy

I used 1/4 x 20 bolts.... you can also use 3/8 x 1"1/4" self tap screws Screw right to the upper part of the fame just behind the head lights... you should have enough room for them .. do a dry fit before you screw them in..- DFendersExpy

Waiting on a new set of 55w digital 10000 k doing hi - lo and fogs specs on the sets i'm dealing with are the best I have seen. spilt sec hi bright , no more waiting for full brightness.. Once I have them and install.. I'll put up pics- DFendersExpy

I bolted the ballast on the frame behind the head lights giving yourself some slack on the wiring No need for projectors unless you want them- DFendersExpy

yes Bi- xenon is one bulb set up If you do Bi xenon you will lose use of the high beam bulb... If you the a regular low beam set up and a high beam set up... you will have a brighter out put when you use the high beam... personally I like it being separate Hi and Low.. Sometimes the bi xenon...- DFendersExpy

[/URL][/IMG] It can be done.... If you dont use the High beam then just get the low beam.... But chances are when you do get to use the high beam you will wish you had HID for the High beams... Trust me I wasent happy until each Light was HID Bi xenon HID head lights 10,000K 2 pairs...- DFendersExpy
