The plug I have needs a female end. In the picture of the back of the radio you just showed looks like it needs a male. I'm stumped on what to do at this point. I may just try splicing the 12V in the console or getting a 12V power accessory kit. If I can find the other end that would be ideal...
They gave me the control box, the a/v cables to the headrests, and both dvd headrests. Yes, I have the factory radio.

Here is pic of my control box. The dealer gave me what they had from the uninstall and that was all I received. I'm not sure how they wired it to the Expedition. I've spent two days trying to find the plug it goes into.
