You might do your own calculation. Fill your tank, track your mileage using your trip mileage gage. After next fill-up divide miles driven by gallons used.

Sunroof has to be a prime suspect. Can the sunroof be open a tad without an alarm light?

Passenger side Bubbling/Boiling noise after shutting off engine.

You could start by determining if you have a ruptured head gasket, as suggested in the first two posts. Replacing a head gasket is cheaper that replacing a motor.

If you are familiar with a multi-meter, you can measure amps you are losing by following this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YhC8xj5vHUg If you don't have a multi-meter, find a friend that will help, or take the vehicle to an auto-electric shop.

Passenger side Bubbling/Boiling noise after shutting off engine.

Boiling water in the overflow bottle can be caused by a ruptured head gasket, allowing exhaust gases into the cooling system. But, you are not experiencing over-heating, which would be the case if the gasket was ruptured. As my C5 Corvette friend suggested, check to see if a siphon is occurring...

Don't wait too long to replace you fan belt

Curious as to the mileage when people are replacing belts? My vettes, dual sided ribs, lasted about 35K miles. My wife's Mustang maintenance manual suggests 60K miles.

unlock - all doors at once?

My 2004 requires 2 pushes on the FOB to unlock all doors. The first push unlocks the driver's door, the second push unlocks the rest of the doors. Don't know if that sequence can be changed.

    Battery Light

Have lived about 200 yards from the waters of Monterey Bay (CA) for about 64 years of my adult life, and haven't experienced any salt problems with electronics, or body rust. That doesn't mean salt is your friend. From afar, I'm betting on degraded/faulty components, cables, fasteners, etc.
