    I bought some green coolant at o'reilly's today and distilled water at walmart.It's made for ford pre 2002.And it protects aluminum.I also bought a hydrometer and mixed it tell it got to -34 or so.

    I just got back from the Ford dealer and he had a chart that said 5w-20.There is also a technical letter listing all the Ford cars that should be using the 5w-20 instead of the 5w-30 that the manual says.I will try and post it.

    Bought mine three days ago for $3500.00 It has 140xxx.XLT in great shape.Registered it today for $39.00.Plates and all.Plates where $6 dollars.I love Idaho.

    !998 5.4 with 141,000. I have owned it for three hours now.lol.Washer fluid seems to take a while to come out.Runs perfect.

    Just got a '98 Expedition

    I will be getting a 1998 expy in a couple days myself.I think they do will.I drove one with a 4.6 and 5.4.I dont know if there was much difference in power.

    I'm going to look at one tomorrow with 141,000. He is the first owner and the dealer did everything.Even the oil changes.It's a 1998 5.4

    I looked at a 1998 with a 4.6 with the rear cats removed,engine light was on and the idle was up and down at start up.The ilde would rise and drop a couple hundred rpm.Ran perfect otherwise.The owner told me to buy heated 02 sensors to turn the engine light off and the idle would smooth out.Any...

    Spark Plugs

    Just something I found.If you go to NGK's website.They will tell you not to use anti seize.But to use a nickel alloy threaded plug to protect the threads in the head.Anti seize will give a false torque and risk damaging the cylinder head.Look under there technical bulletins.
