I did switch them 180 degrees...I then took them out and put original bulbs back in and now they only work when you push them on, not when the door is open
No b4 I changed the front map lights to LED the map lights and second row lights turned on when you open the door now none of them turn on except for third row. Even if I turn the dimmer wheel all the way up.
2nd owner it had 201k, lower ball joint dust boots look good. I bought it 3 years ago with 150k on it. The upper ball joint on passenger side is shot. I do have a creaking when pulling out of drive way. I'll have to check the rear out.
There was no movement top to bottom. When the driver's side wheel turned the passenger side moved to. There wasn't any looseness. Just wasn't sure if it should be easy to turn wheels side to side by hand.
I jacked up the driver's side of my 03 expedition to check ball joints and tie rods. When I grabbed the tire at 3 and 9 o'clock the wheel moved easily even with passenger tire on the ground and I could see the steering shaft move. I'm assuming that's not normal but not sure. There wasn't any...
I already tried unplugging mirror and it still did it. Apparently in '03 when you put vehicle in reverse the mirrors would move and then were suppose to go back to preset position after you backed up. It was a huge issue from what ive read and they removed the feature in '04.

I have an 03 Eddie Bauer and the outside mirrors want to move everytime i use the key fob to unlock the doors. Is there a wire I can cut to keep it from moving or can I swap to maybe some xlt mirrors that are heated?
I was replacing the rear toe link or rear outer tie rod on my '03 and was wondering if they usually replace the whole thing when replacing the end? If not how do I know when its time to replace the inner part?
