Multiple misfire after fill up - coincidence?
Several years ago I started checking www.toptiergas.com to help me stay away from gas stations that do not meet the same standard as stations that have been ranked within the top tier profile. New 2018 Limited
Good deal dude....bought our Expy in Oct 18 and now have 2,800 miles on it. She hasn’t burped a single time, knock on wood....most all the problems with the early 18s were fixed by July 18. Put 93 octane in on the last fill up and I can tell the difference between that and 87 octane. I ordered...- Sgt Darkness

On the 18s the 3.73 gears are part of the HD Tow package per the window stickers. Didn’t know on the 17s or earlier models you could get other rear gear options with the HD tow package......thanks for the information, appreciate it.....- Sgt Darkness

I haven’t tried the water trick on injected engines, wasn’t sure if it would work, so I backed off, but if you’ve done it several times with no problems I’m gonna “Pepsi” the Silverado, 38K and have only ran Rogane through it, so it’s time to get that carbon out!!!- Sgt Darkness

tow package
If you have the towing package, the rear end gears would be 3.73 also. The class IV trailer tow package on the window sticker would also indicate an updated tow package. Even if you didn’t have the tow package, a 3,500 boat would be no problem to tow. I recently towed a 18,000 pound house...- Sgt Darkness

110 Octane Racing Fuel
Wow, didn’t know when I first posted this thread it would garner so much attention. I was pumping gas a couple weeks ago at Shell and noticed they still had their racing pump going from back when we were racing late models at our local track here. Remove Middle Row Middle Seat
Yep the wiring harness is for the heated seat, seatbelt, and for the motor that works to lay middle row down flat. If you want to use buckets in second row just reattach the wires (if buckets are the same as a Limited) and you're ready to go. Good luck!!- Sgt Darkness

Have never tried ether but lighter fluid works as well. Wear safety glasses if at all possible and let the experts who have the right equipment work on split rims. Not many out there now days but they are out there.- Sgt Darkness

You’re a true hillbilly my friend. Yea, leather works really good for main bearings but if you're in a pinch a match book cover will work too.....when my father in law was alive we used to put mothballs (methane) in the fuel tank.....it would shoot blue flames out of the headers for 3 or 4...- Sgt Darkness
