Ok ... per the internet ....Hillbilly is much less derogatory. Farmers ect. Think Beverly Hillbilies.
Redneck is the more derogatory of the two. Think Nascar ... car on blocks living in a trailer home. (per the internet and not the view of the gentlemen posting this thread)
I can't wait...
Ha ha! I think the drug people called the "farm" owner and his wife rednecks. The ol' lady went and got a riffle and blew him away. Her husband freaked.
Did anyone here watch Ozarks on Netflix? Apparently when a hillbilly is called a redneck ... someone is going to get killed. I always thought the terms were interchangeable. Have I been wrong all these years?!?!?!?
GM may go that way in 2020.
This thread came up because I was filling on my Expi. The guy next to me had a 2016 and said ... "I cant wait for the 2020 because I really wants an IRS, not this solid axel like everyone has." So ... dumb founded a little bit, I said, look under your truck ..do...
I love the Revolutionary War and Davey Crockett references!!! John Sevier, the father of your great state was a nice touch as well! Guys like Sevier and the Swamp Fox from SC are reasons we do not send taxes to England!
Hmmm ... Not the first time in life I was wrong. When I read they were using coil-overs I must have assumed IRS. A buddy of mine has a 2015 GMC Denali and a 2017 Expi Limited. He does "truck stuff" with his Denali. (plows snow and some other things) When he drives to Florida he takes the...
The New Ram Pickups went with independent rear. The ol' leaf springs from the horse and buggy days were tossed on the junk heap.
Having said that ... My '08 Mustang has a solid rear and it is dialed in that I see no negatives on the race track. It is all how it is put together.
I love the analogy!
I do love the 3.5 ... especially when towing my car on trailer. It does it better then my 2014 in "tow mode".
I plan on keeping this Expi to 200K. Part of me is a little nervous about that. I am sure who ever bought my 2014 will have no trouble reaching 200K ... I hope...
I agree with you Tobyu.

I contemplated getting 1980's Jeep Grand Wagoneer. For $35K (the cost of a Toyota Prius) you can a well sorted out one.
If you really want a "new" used one ... check here...

I had the first version of Sync in my 2012 Focus ... WOW!!!! How far we have come. It could do a lot more then the systems can now ... but the cost was stability. It would crash all the time. In 2012 there were very few old school buttons to change the station and other functions. When the...
Maybe only connect one phone. The other one you can use thru Apple car play. We have one phone set up to via Apple Car Play and is not connected via BT. The other one is set not to use Apple Car Play and is connected via BT.
This is the set up we use and no problems ... so far.
I have gotten no response posting this on the Fusion Forum. There are very few 2.0 Ecoboost vehicles.
My 2017 Ecoboost Expi is running quiet. Here is a video of my Fusion.
Dealers claim it is normal. What do you guys think? You need to turn up the volume. Once the car goes above 1K RMP...
I have a similar sound on my 2014 Fusion 2.0 EcoBoost. It is quieter than that and for some reason I only hear it in the cabin. (Mostly at stoplights) I have 75K on it but the sound became pronounced at 50K. 3 Ford dealers and nothing found. Maybe time chain guides?
