Rear End Failure
I finally got my 2019 back and so far so good. Rear differential was removed and disassembled for inspection (no issues found) and reinstalled. Ford then replaced the HCU and it seems to have fixed the binding problem. Hopefully this resolves the issue.- jddotson

Rear End Failure
I have a 2019 4WD with 21,500 miles having the same issue. Rear differential binding while turning at slow speeds. It’s been in the shop for two weeks and so far Ford has authorized the dealer to do an oil analysis (first week) and today they were told to replace the HCU which will be shipped in...- jddotson
