Device - OBDII MX+

You can find the website here:
OBD2 Scan Tool
You can get the tool on amazon and the App on Google Play.
What you have to realize is that the Google play and Android Auto that is in your Ford is limited so that it is safe for the vehicle and...
First, I have never owned a Timberline, but have driven one. I was raised a GM man in the 60's and 70's, I sold my 77 Z28 in 84.
So Far, So good with my 2026 Tremor. I truly look forward to driving it each day and also notice the feel of comfort when you sit in the driver seat....or nearly any...
I looked back a few years and found the photo, see below.
The power wire (positive) is a fine strand braided copper conductor and has no insulation. With the copper wire exposed to salt from the road and all of the other environmental road conditions it will corrode. The braided "copper" cable...
If it is worth anything, I fully agree with Hilly.
Enough said, clear and concise.
Thank you Hilly,

(What you said and the way you said it reminds me of my buddy Nick who works on big chiller plants).
Well,
I just got home from being away, and had some time to Play with "Google Play" and found the Play App that we get on our screens is not so ...Playful.
The Play App installed on our Android powered center screen is confined to apps approved by Ford. Some of this is no doubt for safety...
So...
My WeatherTech floor mats for the front seats came in last week.
Before I go forward, my history with floor mats goes back to my early Bronco days. In my 1984 Ford Bronco I would use a product called "Husky Liners". Later on I found the early version of WeatherTech and used them ever...
Don't plug it back in until you get a charge of 134a Refrigerant and refrigerant oil. You have to look at the spec to see how much to add. Check for leaks with a sniffer. And start troubleshooting.
Best bet is to go to a reputable mechanic that is qualified to work with refrigerant.

2014 Ford Expedition Limited.
Same issue, I checked battery terminals, changed battery since the battery was original, then found the problem. The wire from the solenoid to the motor on the starter had fried. Mostly due to be in the elements and also being poorly insulated.
Installed a...
Does anyone know if an App is available that reads all of the engine data such as OBD Link that can be added to the center screen? Will the center screen link to an OBD II Bluetooth device or can the main screen display data tapped from the OS?
That center screen has Google play.
Lets play...
I used our press at the shop to change out the bearings. If you don't have an arbor press or hydraulic press, try using a large drill press and make something that you can chuck up that will be just under-size of the bearing outer race OD.
Just changing the bearings on the stock pulleys would...
There are custom seat cover places but you have to bring your vehicle there.... you might know this already.
In San Diego there are many, mostly Hispanic heritage Americans, family owned businesses that do artwork for a great price.
Up in New England, they do great work but it will cost you...
There is a new version out already for the 2026. I am sure most of realize this since nobody seems to respond to this thread.
4D Tech:
Auto start eliminator 2026 EXP
It goes under the dash. And it sounds like it works with no issues.

It does sound like a thermal issue versus a connector issue. Who would of thought that a dashboard.... Black dashboard... would get so hot in the sun???
I'll tell you who should have thought about that!
Anyway, there no doubt needs to be a cooling duct or in the least a fan, heat pipe, liquid...
I just came across this thread. I am not sure if anyone is looking here but I will update anyway.
First I am going back in time a little, and since I traded in my 2014 Expedition, I have no more images to show then the attached images below. I did make a video that I could post on YouTube...
Are you still looking for seat covers and foam?

Mr Big,
In the digital environment it is not about the switch itself as NO/NC but after the system loads (boots up) it is looking for a change in state at the input device. That switch is likely a push button that sends a momentary change in state. Think of it as a designated letter on a...
Baja Marsupial,
I was happy with the half inch lift using Bilsteins on my 2014. All the while I was considering the Icon product that you list above. My thoughts are that the Icon will work but the cost is high. I think it is worth a shot since the Icon shock is specific for off-road and can...
2026 Expedition Tremor (My puppy)
First, the noise is minimal considering the A/T tires, however, being cued in on bearing noises I am wondering if anyone else senses what might be "Normal" wheel bearing noises that you would get from low quality wheel bearings. I notice this bearing noise on...
Just a thought,
The simple safe fix would be at the switch on the dash. Locate the pin or mod the actual contact (no/nc) on the switch and add a current sensing circuit that enables a change of state at the contact inputs.
I am not sure about the one they sell, maybe it ques on the inductive...
