    The steering wheel volume controls work right out of the box. No menu navigation required. Also, the big knob on the 15.5" display always defaults to adjusting the volume.

    Are you talking about the tiles just above the HVAC controls? As far as I know, those are not user-configurable. The tiles will show the most recent functions you've used. You just have to launch different functions to make the tiles change.
