    For the lean, I'm not familiar with the install, but of the A arms are torqued to the frame with weight off the wheels then it could cause the bushings to twist and cause a lean at rest. It will also cause premature bushing wear.

    Yes, there is a radar in the front of the vehicle, and if anything blocks it, or is in its path/view, it will cause the cruise to not work.
