Wow, I don't think I ever paid too much attention to the stock timberline rims but those look really good. I'm happy with my selection because it matches my paint better but if I'd gone with my other options of a black or white Expedition, those would be my choice. Looks great!
I'll never understand why manufacturers think chrome and wood equals luxury. It's all gaudy and tacky and needs to go. I love that the stealth was an option when I bought mine.
Yup, check the status, if it says due to charging, then a new battery should be in your near future. Mine is doing this and the other telltale signs, I figure mine will last through the summer and I'll replace it before winter.
LOL, 5'7" here also. Ran into a surprise trying to do my first oil change on the Expedition. Had to grab a wash bucket to get up in there. I need to pick up a little step ladder for this as well.
Interesting, I can't find anything in our forums for the handsfree liftgate in forscan and don't remember seeing it there. Any chance you can share where that setting is? I'd rather do it that way too.
As recommended by others on this board, this worked perfectly. A little tedious around the back corners with the angles, but doable with a little heat.

My wife's Accord picked something up about 200 miles into a trip and destroyed the tire. Of course, it was 102F outside and the trunk was full of all our crap. On the side of the highway I had to unload the trunck, get out the spare, swap it, but the old tire in the trunk then load our crap...
It just about takes me longer to drive to the dealership and back than it does for me to do the change. I'm actually looking forward to my next oil change to try out my Valvomax.
I do take it over to Discount tire for my free rotations every time I change the oil. Grab some tacos at Taco...
I installed the Viofo 139 Pro today. Had a brain fart and ordered the 2ch with the interior camera, so I'm waiting on the rear camera to finish the installation.
Side note, the hardwire kit has a ground, ACC and constant power. I used the add a fuse taps using the Steering Wheel Heat for ACC...
I think it really comes down to the fact that there just isn't a clear better choice. You'll suffer the same woes with any other vehicle that comes close in this category. It's like the manufacturers all got together and decided to lower the bar as a team.
I mean, it's pricey, but I'm not sure how much the CCD system costs to add on either, but apparently when those components fail out of warranty they are very expensive to replace. I'd lik to think that a proper aftermarket suspension would do the job better than a design constrained by an...
And I'd get it without. The ride isn't THAT good and I'd invest the money in something like Icon for it instead. If you have it, you can't cleanly remove it without a bunch of messages on your dash.
Only thing I'd do differently is spend more time considering the Max instead of the standard...
