This is definitely interesting news on the CCD delete front, lots of folks have been looking for that solution for a while now.
It's gotta be better than the CCD system, at stock height the limit for me was the suspension, putting a spacer in there won't be much better.
That's interesting, I went back and looked and it looks like my 2019 Stealth has that lettering too. Never noticed that it wasn't standard, I just assumed they were on all the Expeditions, just in chrome if you didn't have the stealth package.
Seems a tad high for the 2022 market too. That's right about what I paid for my 19 stealth 4x4 last year, but mine had less than half of those miles on it.
I'd get the one with the bench she wants. Too much trouble to make her happy the other way. You want more power, tunes are cheap. Although, I'm partial to the magnetic gray, it's quite nice. ;)
That hood deflector looks really good actually, I do wonder how effective it is though. Never been a fan of those window shades but that flows nicely with the lines of the vehicle.
Most of it isn't too hard. You'll only damage your truck if you go crazy with the knife. I used this on mine.

You need to clean the beltline really well, then take your time, don't be afraid to unpeel...
This, it's easier to activate it accidentally when you don't want to than when your arms are full of stuff and you need it to work. Make sure you are kicking in the right place.
Take a look and see if the previous owner unplugged the sensor. Many of us have done this because it's more of a pain than it's worth, especially if you do things with the hitch like bicycle carriers. I have a nice dent in my hatch thanks to something that fell and rolled under the truck while...
Well, it's not getting married, that's for sure! :D
Not sure about your other issue though. I'd like to know how to disassemble that whole thing as I'd like to wrap some parts. Hoping those instructions come in this thread.
I'm on the older Expy with the smaller screen but I use google maps pretty much exclusively. My built in Nav is already out of date for my neighborhood, let alone other places. Never understood people who prefer waze but don't use the contribution features. My dad is one of them and he can't...
And considering that Ford specifically states:
"Note: Only use MERCON® ULV transmission fluid for automatic transmissions that require MERCON® ULV transmission fluid. The use of any other fluid could cause transmission damage."
That would have been handy to know a few months ago. Not sure though how much help it would have been. Getting it wrapped on the truck isn't so hard as angling the sides. Would definitely be nice for those up north doing this project right now to take it inside and work on it though.
For regular rain mine on my 19 worked fine. Where they drove me nuts was on very light rain. They'd not turn on, then pop on going super fast, then slow down, then fast and the speed was all over the place that they just annoyed me and I turned it off. I've never complained about working the...
