    Customer Satisfaction Program 25B01 - Certain 2024 Expedition/Navigator vehicles - Equipped with 10R80 Transmission - Transmission Replacement

How in the *** do you assemble it with the wrong size bearings??? Geez, and just when I was thinking that maybe by 2024 they'd worked all the kinks out of these transmissions. Maybe 2025 is the golden year?

    22”-24” tires?

What size spare did you fit in there?

    22”-24” tires?

18" wheels make the ride so much smoother, on and off road.

Every 2024 Non Max Expedition has the same Payload Sticker

They probably don't get super granular with the stickers. Base options of something like Max/nonMax, 4x4/2WD, HDTow/NoHDTow and then print off a zillion stickers at whatever the minimum payload would be under that. This way it doesn't matter what options they do or don't have beyond that, the...

    dashcams for gen4 ?

I don't know if you'll find a solution for number 2, except for clean wiring, but you'll still see the camera. I have a Viofo and have been pretty happy with it so far, just got a video of a scary near head on collision this past weekend when a driver lost control in a curve in the rain and...

Needed a quick oil change. Wish I had gone to the dealer.

Just remember, dealerships don't have their most expensive, highly trained and most experienced technicians doing oil changes. Seen enough to not trust them any further than the quick lube places. My local independent shop does a lot of work with like three guys. They all know their stuff and...

    2024 Expedition - s-l-o-w steering

Put your Expedition in the shop for a month and a half and get them to loan you a supercab F150 while it's in there. Dang Expedition turns on a dime when you get it back.

2018+ Post Pictures Thread!- Lets see those shiny new trucks!

I prefer the term "De-blinged" because it's more of a positive way to look at it, and my goodness does Ford love to bling up these vehicles with gaudy chrome all over them. I have always enjoyed when people focus on the date like this. They don't take into account that things like the fact...

Let's See Those Lifted / Big Tire Gen 4s!!

Might want to list those on some F150 forums also. I had mine for a long while till a guy with an F150 bought them.

19.3 MPG on 2023 Max Limited, Will Additives Help?

Reassuring me on my decision, I was down to the Expedition or the Sequoia. Although, I'm pretty sure if I had bought the Sequoia, it would have spent less time in the shop!

19.3 MPG on 2023 Max Limited, Will Additives Help?

Is that why we get a lot of Gen3 guys cross posting into the Gen4 section? Always wondered that.

19.3 MPG on 2023 Max Limited, Will Additives Help?

4WD? Heavy Tow Package? What wheels and tires? What's your normal driving like? Need details, because you might be right on target, if not a little high. So many variables. When i changed tires, the diameter only went up a tiny bit, got skinnier and the overall tire/wheel weight went down...

2018+ Post Pictures Thread!- Lets see those shiny new trucks!

Even with CCD, the ride was greatly improved getting rid of the 22's, though I went all the way to 18's on mine so I can't speak for the 20's, but it's got to be an improvement.

2022 Limited Stealth Beltline Chrome Delete RED!!!

I have a bunch of in progress pics but somehow didn't take any of that corner. I've got them posted over here if it helps at all: https://www.expeditionforum.com/threads/2018-post-pictures-thread-lets-see-those-shiny-new-trucks.34305/page-146#post-475151 Just make sure you take your time...

2022 Limited Stealth Beltline Chrome Delete RED!!!

The back corners and under the mirrors are the only difficult parts, and they aren't that difficult. A little bit of heat and they make the corner contours just fine.

What material did you print them in?

What are these called? Mine are missing.

Technically, counting my son's and the one I need to sell, I have five, but you live in a better motorcycle area than I do up here in DFW. And yes, thanks to bikes and cars, and cheap bulk ordering through Amazon, I have accumulated quite a collection of various fasteners and spacers and such...

What are these called? Mine are missing.

Buy a bag off Amazon and you'll be set for life. Especially when your next vehicle uses a different size, and you need to buy another bag. :D

2018 Expedition Max Windshield Wiper Fluid Reservoir Replacement

I'd lose right at half the tank in a day, then it'd stop, because the bottom half of the tank was lower than the camera cleaner. Nope, you have other issues then, sorry.

    Heater Hose Help! Leaking Collant

IIRC, someone replaced the plastic Y pipe with a metal one keeping the hoses. Won't help that the quick fit connectors on the ends are still destined to fail as well. Expensive hoses.

2018 Expedition Max Windshield Wiper Fluid Reservoir Replacement

PIA having to pull the fender liner and all that to get to it. What year do you have? Any possibility it's the front camera washer? There's a Service Bulletin for that, I know because mine was bad. I'd leak half the fluid out of the reservoir. I did the whole process listed above to fully...

Coldsnap froze my windshield wiper fluid?

Topped off with -30, but what was already in there? I had this issue when I didn't think about it and took my Texas truck up into the mountains of Colorado during a snowstorm. Once I got things warmed up it finally started working, and I about ran it dry with all the crap being flung by the...
