    There are about 40 different wheel locks so while a thief could carry around a bag with every one and try them all until he found one that matched, most won’t and that’s why they work fairly well as a deterrent.

    Stop start can permanently be disable with FORScan. In the BdyCM, change the second digit in block 726-48-02 to x0xx xxxx xxxx and no more annoying stop start. I can do this modification for anyone in the Chicago area.

    I do wish there was an actual 4H setting for certain driving conditions like muddy fields or when I’m out ice fishing. I’m sure the mud terrain setting probably puts it in 4H but I’d like some visual cue that it is actually in 4H and not just in 4A.

    Unless you have a Platinum (which would have already had the heated steering wheel button displayed) you’ve only enabled the APIM to send the HSW_On command over CAN but your truck doesn’t have anything else necessary for steering wheel heat.

    No manual shifting required. If it’s not showing the gears, press the “+” button and it will start to be displayed. Press it again if you want to stop it from being displayed.

    Expedition Limited vs Platinum

    The interior is pretty expansive regardless and I didn’t notice a difference between my Limited and the Platinum. Plus, with the panoramic roof shade retracted, there isn’t much to be seen over head.
