    Since I am not sure what other modifications you made to the cooling system, I am not able to give you any pointers beyond suggesting that, if you are that concerned with the low-speed fan, why not just rig up a separate switch and a relay for it, so you can activate it manually whenever you like?

    I would say anything that's "external" or at least not too internal (e.g. cam phasers, timing chain) may be advisable to replace with the engine on a stand vs in the vehicle.

    I have a '24 SSV. It looks like the F150 bench should fit, you may need to find one from an XLT because the driver's seat is powered which is not the case on the 150XL (except for the PR model, but that's a whole separate discussion).

    It may be better to use a brush guard and mount the lights on that rather than in the bumper. If nothing else, that will allow you to use much bigger lights or even a light bar, if you so choose. You'll have all sorts of light then.
