I wouldn't say there is NO hope, but your timeline does seem awfully tight. My SSV was built on January 8th 2024 and made it to Marshall Ford in Carrolton, KY (barely an hour's drive!) on January 30th or so. I am assuming it didn't have to go through a distribution center, but I am not sure.
There isn't one. Let me rephrase that: there is one of the kind you're thinking of whereby it can be replaced as a maintenance component. The filter is integrated with the in-tank fuel pump and is considered a "lifetime" component, at least the lifetime of the fuel pump, if not of the whole vehicle.
Interestingly enough, Expeditions are not always eligible for incentives. Case in point, my '24 XL was eligible only for the $500 First Responder rebate but not for the $750 College Grad one. The other issue may be that dealers don't seem to stock very many Expeditions in general...
Vibration is one of those things that is very subjective, so what may feel like "a lot" to one person may feel like "nothing" to another. People also have different expectations, it's not necessarily logical to expect a vehicle as huge as an Expy to ride a smoothly as, say a Lexus LS.
