    Rear struts

CCD will have a wire running from the strut to a harness at the frame HD tow if you have an actual trailer controller on the dash. Also look underneath the truck at the hitch. Depending on trim, but if your tow rating plate on the underside of it is 9K+, you have it as well.

No issues at all. I'll try to remember to get a picture tonight to post up.

    Maintenance and small upgrade.

Totally agree with this statement. I was originaly going the path of the F-150 Mishimoto AT cooler to plumb after the HX. Even thought about about completely bypassing. Did you even consider doing a fan setup such as a Derale Electra-Cool Remote Transmission Cooler Kit? Nice color BTW. ;)

    Led license plate lights

I use these. They've worked pretty good for me. Clean looking with great output for the 5-0 to get your #. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08H1S3HWK?ref_=ppx_hzsearch_conn_dt_b_fed_asin_title_30

Details on the lines/connections you made for the trans cooling loop? Pics of the connections at the HX are a little fuzzy.

Not sure I've seen the kits, but most either repaint or use 3M wrap.

    Turn off lane center

DOH! I had the other picture you posted originally and figured I'd find another bigger one to post and overlooked that. It was 5:40A in the morning, my head wasn't totally in it. Half tempted to edit my original post, but I can take it the jokes on me!

    Center console trim

You're looking for this guy here (04608C). https://parts.ford.com/shop/en/us/panel-instrument-p-ll1z7804608ab?pdp=y#/sectionId:4344069 Grossly expensive. Most just take them off and refinish. The chrome is also another trouble point for this piece as it'll wrinkle and flake off.

Depending on options that'll dictate how many buttons and placement, it should be this guy right here:

3rd gen steering wheel controls or clock spring

Without doing a proper diagnosis, it's not uncommon for a clock spring to go south. All switches not functioning sounds like a branch problem, not an individual switch gone bad. All OEM? Battery disconnect shouldn't change anything.

How To: Center Console Refrigerator Install

IF you leave it on (there is an ON/OFF switch), either of the scenarios will happen: 1. Fridge will continue to run until the power point timeout is reached. 2. If voltage drops too low before timeout is reached, BMS will kick in at it's safety level and shut down any consumers running to...

Let's See Those Lifted / Big Tire Gen 4s!!

That I can't say for sure. I don't think many have done any R&D with that strut. I'd be interested to know myself in the future. If it were me going blind on this, based on the closeness of the shock dimension to the Expedition, I'd probably go clip #4.

Need to know which position to set Bilsteins at

I would definitely recommend the bottom level to start, and really only use the other positions if adding weight to the car to compensate for sag. 4WD pushes the limits of the axles and CV's (at a minimum). If 2WD, then there is less to worry about to try and go higher.

How To: Center Console Refrigerator Install

It's meant to be a permanent install. It can be removed, but it doesn't come out quickly and takes care to do so. It's very easy to clean with a stainless steel wall.

    Will the Stealership know??

Good to know. Pretty much the same as you. Many FORScan mods, not the BMS (using S/S Eliminator), upgraded 3.4 via CL.

    High output alternator

These guys are local to me. I had used them once before for a previous truck I had and needed a same day fix plus a mild upgrade. I think I would use them again if I need to on my Expedition...

    Bilstein 5100’s vs ReadyLift 3/2

Premise is that you can run maximum lift with minimum preload. So with a minimum setting you can net ~2" of lift right off the bat. If weight is added to the front such as bumpers, winch, etc., you can adjust the spring perch up to compensate. The Expy strut also only has a 0, mid, and high...

THIS! On my 2018 manual the bulb guide was totally off. I haven't really checked what the book for my 2019 says since I wrote everything down that I reference to in the garage.

    Transmission cooling-can it be improved?

You're not going to throw any codes that will inconvenience you. No check engine light. At least not in my case. Might throw a shop tech off after doing a code scan and doesn't realize what has been done. I did leave a shutter in place where it mounts to both the radiator and IC actuators...

    Transmission cooling-can it be improved?

Good to know. But if you're going to do one, why not the other. I can have the bumper off in 15 minutes, so probably not much difference for the IC R&I.

    Transmission cooling-can it be improved?

I did a very similar install on my old 4Runner with good results. Why I also contemplated this on this truck as well. It’s not a bad thing to get it up to a decent operating temp quickly. Just keeping it cool after the fact. I know mishimoto makes the thermostat bypass valve as well. Sounds...
