All Dash lights on, No Start.

what do you mean by "hard start" ? could your starter be bad or going bad ? Can you measure the battery voltage without trying to start and again while you are trying to start it? You should have 12.6 or so without starting and it should drop to 9.5 - 10 volts while attempting to start.

Gutting the rear AC ND Heat behind the rear passenger panel

Make sure you completely secure the batteries and add a fuse to each battery's positive terminal in case the positive lead shorts to the frame.

How long did your Battery Last?

I got 3 1/2 years out of the OEM batt. It started one morning when I drove to the store but it was totally dead when I tried to start it after shopping. Since I've been living in FL 30 years now, all my other vehicles' batts lasted 3- 4 1/2 years It's the heat that eventually kills them. I used...

Did you drive over any plastic bags that may be melting on the engine/exhaust system? Does it smell with the A/C on normal and/or recirculate?

Best Abrasive way to remove bug guts from front bumper

If you can get a water wet towel (no soap) to cover the residue let it soak for 30-45 min then it should come off. It works for me with love bugs in florida. Like any other type of crap on the paint, the quicker you remove it the easier it is. Obviously keep the front waxed to make it hard for...

    Amp Power Wire

Don't forget to fuse the end connected to the battery. If the 0ga ever shorted to the frame it could do some serious damage like melting some metal or splitting lead plates in the battery.

    155db @ 25Hz Expedition

I get that different people like different things. All I'm saying is don't force others to listen to/put up that many decibels. keep your windows up and let others listen to the music, news, or audio books without being vibrated to death. I don't believe that some of the bass players understand...

    155db @ 25Hz Expedition

I don't get what your video is showing. Obviously the Expi isn't being distorted so is it your phone? Also, you may like all that bass but anyone in front of you, especially at a traffic light, hates it because it's annoying and uncomfortable. I have hearing issues and that much bass is painful...

    Front badge

I have a 2017 XLT and I don't think you can get to the screws holding the center emblem without removing the bumper cover/grill assembly. Unless you have a 6 jointed arm Here is another discussion about removing the front bumper cover/grill assembly...

So after reading all the posts can anyone explain why the "tabs" make a difference that would cause a spongy pedal going to the floor?

    Factory LED light issues

I'm with you on dating household LED bulbs. I put one in a lamp and it lasted 9 days. I bought my 2017 new and have all incandescent bulbs. I even removed the LED fog lights and hung some Hella fogs under the front bumper.

    LED Headlights Fogging

I don't know how warm the housing gets with LEDs but , maybe the OEM halogens kept the housing warm and helped to evaporate the moisture.

    Stripped chrome lug nuts

I just spoke with West Coast Wheel Accessories and they confirmed that the lug nuts I got from Disc Tire are 1 piece zinc plated not chromed. The part number I have is unique to Disc Tire due to marketing requirements. I still can't find where you saw the 2 piece designation in the WCWA catalog.

    Stripped chrome lug nuts

I hope they are not the same as OEM, the tech at Disc Tire knew about the problem with OEM and said these are 1 piece. I can't find the number in the catalog, I got this off my Discount Tire receipt. I hope it was a typo when they entered the p/n on the receipt but I'll definitely check tomorrow.

12v tow power pin and trailer module

Full disclosure I don't have a tow package but I made my living chasing electronic/electrical problems. If I had a schematic it would be hugely helpful. Here's the only other thing I can think of, is there a relay that is part of the towing circuit?
