    F150 Wheels

Sure, no problem. Some guys spray the protruding part of the axle shaft with rattle can bed liner or similar to clean it up a bit. The ends of the axle shafts get really rusty hiding behind the center caps.

    F150 Wheels

If you're not interested in cutting the rear axle shafts, just find a set of 18" takeoffs from an XL or XLT Expy. Lots of places also sell OEM wheels. I've had good success with these guys...

    Dang, rear main seal leak!

Perhaps it's caused from a bad or clogged crank case vent.

    Transmission overheating after service

If it's still under warranty ask the Ford dealer where you made the appt 2 weeks out if they want you to drive it and risk destroying the tranny, or if they want to give you a loaner in the mean time? Tell them you don't mind either way since it will be on Ford's dime.

Transfer case, front axle, and rear diff fluid change.

The only reason that I would consider changing diff fluids early would be if I had to drive through water deep enough that it may have gotten into the diff breathers.

    Middle Console Latch Rattle

I'd try adding some self adhesive felt under the landing location for the rubber bumpers to add additional tension on the latch when it's closed. Have you put a lot of weight on the armrest cover? (maybe kids climbing through to the 2nd row, etc?). Perhaps the rubber bumpers have been smashed...

    Lean to One Side

The spacers that I purchased where lift kit spacers specific to the Super Duty, so they won't fit an Expedition.

    What the heck is this?

Perhaps an IR emitter so the camera can see in the dark when backing up? Alternatively, do you have the trailer backup assist? It might be the sensor that interacts with the sticker that you place on the trailer tongue to backup the trailer with the knob on the dash.

    Lean to One Side

Unfortunately this issue is not isolated to the Expedition. My 2020 F350 leaned 3/4" to the driver's side, so I was able to solve it by adding a small spacer above the front driver's side coil spring.

    E&R Console Lock Vault Installed

Nice addition! I have the same console vault in my 2018 Expy and in our 2020 F350. I like that it still gives access to half of the console without having to open the vault.

A Little Pushing. A Little Screwing. A little Pinning...

I know how floppy the bottom of the bumper gets when you remove the front valance. I decided to trim mine really short and leave the rest in place to give the bottom of the bumper additional rigidity. Your current setup looks like you'll have to take that apart if you want to drop the skid...

    Current Gear Indicator failure

Please define "crapped out". Perhaps try using the "+" button near the gear selector to see if the current gear display reappears on the instrument cluster.

    Wind Noise

I think I found the culprit of my wind whistling noise. There is a small channel at the base of the mirror where it mounts to the doors right above the chrome strip that runs along the bottom of the windows. The channel is easiest to see from the front of the mirrors. The photos below are of...

    Wind Noise

It's interesting that Ford can't figure these issues out on the Expedition. I have a 2020 F350 and it doesn't have any noticeable wind noise around the doors/mirrors.

    Wind Noise

Yeah. Still not satisfied with the whistling sound around the drivers door. I've done all the typical remedies (tightened striker latch, adjusted door hinges, added tubing inside the bulb seals around the door). I have not considered the mirrors as a possible culprit, so I'll see if I can...

Pretty funny slash awesome security feature...

Be careful what you ask for..... Seems like law enforcement, lenders, and auto insurance companies wouldn't be too far behind in wanting this control over people's vehicles as well. Heck, repo guys would love such a feature as well.

New owner here with a few questions- 2019 Max Platinum

On the weather stripping issue, some (myself included) have used black silicone tubing and inserted it inside the existing bulb weather stripping around the door. This provides more consistent contact. Another option is to adjust the hinges and door striker so that the weather stripping seals...

    Catalytic Converter security devices?

It's what insurance is for.... A plate to guard the Cat would likely also trap debris (grass, leaves, etc) and be a fire risk.

Adding skid plates to 2018 Limited with tow package?

No, like these, but smaller to fit the access cover screws.

Adding skid plates to 2018 Limited with tow package?

You will also need small speed nuts for the (3) W505594-S440 allen screws that attach the oil drain cover plate to the Raptor skid plate. You may need to call your local Ford parts counter to find the part number.

3,000 Mile Fuel Report Part #2 (stock)

His signature says he does have the HD tow package, so it would have the 3.73 axle ratio.

Adding skid plates to 2018 Limited with tow package?

Refer to post 31 in this thread for the Raptor transmission skid plate, and post 51 for the oil drain access cover that attaches to the Raptor transmission skid plate.

    Wheel Pant Clear Flaking

I've had clear coat on aluminum wheels flake off on prior vehicles, and I assume it was poor surface prep when they were coated originally. You can pursue a warranty claim and see what happens, or pay to have them refinished. Do you use a carwash with one of those automated wheel brushes...

Drive Control Malfunction after car wash

Hope you get it figured out without too much hassle. If not an obvious battery or fuse related issue, may be worth a trip to the dealer since it's under warranty.
