It’s possible the factory put the wrong piece in. There was another user on here (I don’t know who and I don’t know what thread, so you’ll have to trust me) who was missing rear climate control buttons in the second row...he/she took it to the dealer and it turns out the factory put the wrong...
I think that's maybe just dust...like, regular dust. These bad boys are notorious for it, especially on the rear hatch:

That being said, you may check out this thread as it's related...
That is what it sounds like when my fuel pump primes right as I open the door after a 2+ hour sit. But it only happens when I open the door and only once. I wonder if you and @Uturn have a glitch somewhere that is causing the priming system to go haywire.
That....is an excellent idea. Thank you.
I especially love that Amazon suggested that I add that item to my "Subscribe and Save" as though I am going to need a steady stream of them going into the future. Haha
The Hankook Dynapros that came with my 22s are utter trash. I have had 5 flats in 2 years...only 1 of which could be repaired. I am just waiting for ANY of them to be old enough to justify pulling the whole set. Then I will be loading up some Pirellis.
That seems strange to me that they want to be able to duplicate the issue to reflash the software. I (and I suspect most others that have had the issue fixed) just told the dealer it was doing it, gave them the TSB number, and had it fixed.
Good luck
Here’s “the thread” on the mirrors. Head to somewheres near the end and you’ll find the TSB fix:

Your grinding issue is likely the 4wd hub actuator. There multiple threads on it, but this one is fairly short and...
Trying to sum things up here…we have two rattles that are pervasive:
1) The Cam Phaser Rattle – This is loud and harsh and lasts for 2-3 seconds on startup. It is the first loud noise heard on @NukeLife ‘s post here...
You have a fob cubby right underneath the coin holder....don't you?
In any case, try some of these threads:

Maybe you have the speed compensator setting turned up too high?
Mine is incredibly loud...any higher than 20 and I'm afraid my ears...

@AU00 was going to investigate and report back. He/she/they/them/whatevertheirpreferredpronounis did not.
This might be my youthful naivete speaking, but...
I wonder if you wouldn't do well to go back to the dealer to buy, or at least price, your new set. Explain your concerns and see if they will give you some credit for the (basically) brand new tires that THEY thought were perfectly acceptable...
If you are disabling the auto start when you get in the vehicle (or have it permanently disabled thru forscan or an autoeliminator) then it is NOT causing your problem.
The auto start system does shut off the compressor when it turns off the vehicle. But it will also turn the vehicle and the...
Or something like this that plugs into the cigarette lighter back there and has a switch already. (Altho I don’t think that power is hot when the vehicle is completely off; you have to be on accessory power.)

If you have the ProTrailer Backup knob on your dash (to the right of the ignition button) you have the HD Tow Pack and the 3.73 rear end. If you have a little useless coin holder instead, you have the “standard” rear end.
I think there are literally 5 threads on the 4th gen forum about catch cans. I admire your optimism in thinking that one more thread is going to clear everything up. Haha

Mine creaks occasionally when the weather changes. I just open the vent, it makes a loud thunk, I close the vent, and all is well. I assume it's just the body of the vehicle flexing and reacting to the temperature change and the glass needs to reseat.
I'm not going to complain, though, because...
