    Stealth Edition grill

I was in process of plastic-dipping all the trim black. However my friend turned me onto the SEM trim paint, which I will be doing once all this peels off. But blacking out all the silver looks better, at least in my opinion.

What Have You Done to Your 4th Gen This Week?

I did plasticdip. Out of habit, I use a pressure washer and foam cannon when I wash my cars, and I blew off all the plasticdip LOL So I’m going to do it again, but use SEM black trim paint.

2019 Expy XLT halogen to led swap.

Added my LED fogs and low beams. I haven’t had a chance to drive around at night and see the difference yet though.

    Black...

No it’s Gyeon Synchro; I applied it on my brother in laws Tahoe. I personally use a sealant and wax combination on my car because I don’t have anywhere to park my rig while the ceramic coat cures. Fast forward to 2:00 to see his wash and review

    Black...

This. PPF is the best option. If PPF is too pricey, A quality ceramic coat does wonders. Especially if you get a DI filter, you really can just rinse off the car and walk away without spotting.

2018+ Post Pictures Thread!- Lets see those shiny new trucks!

Yeah that’s what I ordered but I was sent 33x12.50x20 The same shop also did a bad job of mounting my wheels, so I had to pay to have all 4 rebalanced.

Traded my 2017 Tahoe Premier for 2019 Expedition

Yeah I know. But didn’t want to pay the price for the RST, plus I like the look and feel of expedition to the suburban.

    2018-19 Expy Custom Upgrades

probably the only thing I wish that was available would be the Icon coilovers used on the LGE-CTS Expedition. I called them and they said that there aren't any real concrete plans to mass produce it; if you wanted a set made for your rig, it would cost about $5K at this time. *EDIT* looks...

2019 Expy XLT halogen to led swap.

To everyone who’s thrown in an aftermarket HID kit, could you post where you mounted the ballasts, and how you ran the relay (if you used one)?

What bulb did you use for the fog light?

Traded my 2017 Tahoe Premier for 2019 Expedition

I think the Tahoe/Yukon looks much better than the Sububa /Yukon XL. Especially the RST version. Just helped my bro in law with a full detail and this thing is a beast.

    Bilstein 5100 Lift Install

I can’t debate whether one is superior to another in technical terms. But I can say the Bilsteins are much firmer than the OEM shocks. Also 95cooby said it earlier in the thread where this option provides the same amount of lift, while providing more suspension travel.

    Bilstein 5100 install (thanks 95scooby)

Thank you. I’m glad I found your thread before I ordered the readylift ;)

    Bilstein 5100 install (thanks 95scooby)

I have them but I’ll install them after I drive a bit and retorque the lugs.

    Bilstein 5100 install (thanks 95scooby)

+18 That definitely makes sense. I know when I had the OEM wheels on, the wheel was straight (or at least now I’m paying attention to it). Thanks for the reply :)

    Bilstein 5100 install (thanks 95scooby)

Wheels installed (and properly torqued to 150ft-lbs). Removed the front air dam. Review: Wildpeak M/T aren’t terribly loud, but definitely louder compared to the OEM Rubber. Even on OEM wheels, the Bilsteins were much firmer. My wife drives the rig as well and noticed it picks up all the...

wheels mounted; lugs keep coming loose

Thank you for this reply. I will install the rings and torque to 150ft lbs. hopefully that’ll alleviate the off balance feeling and the lugs won’t come loose again)

wheels mounted; lugs keep coming loose

150ft/lbs Looked it up...thanks man. Although I do find it odd that only one wheel comes loose whereas the others don’t.

wheels mounted; lugs keep coming loose

Well...color me dumb. That being said I’ve never used huh centric rings before so would it be wise to use them this time around?
