    That looks like a viable solution that I would try/do. Reinstall before sale & may need in next one. My BNL is same height and they sent him to Vietnam:rolleyes: so you could possibly sell afterwards & get your $$ back. Nothing is getting cheaper.

    You will definitely need a Volt/Ohm meter. Get some 'liquid tape' to seal wires if you pierce any for testing anywhere since moisture will only cause future problems if it gets to the copper wire.

    I would have replaced the present cooler with a better one (6.0 diesel) along with the hoses. Sounds like it was clogged.
