    In just a few short weeks gas will be $4.50/gallon again and we’ll all be selling our rigs since it will be another mortgage payment to fill them up. I’m not optimistic about the upcoming years.

    Checked mine...8/2019. Theoretically phasers shouldn’t be an issue then??? Must also have been one of the last of the 2019 model year? I can’t imagine they would have made that many more since the next model year vehicles were probably hitting the lots shortly after that, right?

    If this is anything like applying motocross bike graphics (which are also thick vinyl) I would suggest warming with a hair dryer and also apply it wet. Spray with a mix of isopropyl alcohol and water if memory serves, and then squeegee it out. Windex may also work. I think window film is...

    Those that have had the cam phasers replaced

    Supposedly there is no damage if you run with rattling phasers. There is a locking pin that breaks that prevents the rattle while oil pressure is supplied to the phasers. On start up that pressure isn’t there for a moment and the pin isn’t locked (because it failed) and allows the momentary rattle.

    I had to disable AV entirely and right clicked and “Run as Administrator”. Until I did both I had issues with it running. Kept getting flagged. I see they’ve been working to resolve that in the comments on the site. I was about to go spin up a Win 7 VM to get around the nanny features of Win 10.
