2008 Expedition EL Refresh
I just went through this on my 2010 with 146k miles. 1. Spark plugs on this engine are easy as long as they're not stuck. Seriously, you can take your time, have a few beers, and still be done in under 2 hours without any swearing. Not worth the $650 the local dealership charges for the job...- mjp2

2009 Expedition EL- Rear Shocks, or Struts?
Out of curiosity, how much were they going to ding you for labor? I'd think it should be at most an hour's labor to assemble all 4 shocks. About a week ago I replaced all 4 coilovers with the Rancho kit on my 2010, and in the process I swapped my factory rear coils onto the Rancho rear shocks...- mjp2

tow mirrors
