Transmission going out
I have a 2002 expedition.4.6 engine. Was told transmission is going out. It sound like a barrel of bees going down the road. Forgot to say it is rear wheel drive. It is not slipping,just very loud going down the road. The mechanic that told me this does not work on transmissions. Should I get...- buddy

2002 Smoking
Have a 2002 Expedition. There is smoke coming from the rear like fluid is burning off. Does it for a certain time then stops. Just had Pinion Seal,Replaced right Axle seal,greased. Thought doing this would stop the smoke,but didn't. He didn't say anything was leaking and can't see any fluid...- buddy

Heater Problems
I HAVE A 2002 Expedition XLT 4.6. The heater only blows warm air out both front and back. Put on new thermostat but didn't help. Man at parts store said try a Heater Valve. Any thoughts on trying this? I will say that the air conditioner only gets cool in hot summer if this is any help to anyone...- buddy

stoped running
I was waiting for train to go by and it acted like it was going to die so I turned it off. Would not start again. Pulled home put code tester on said p0401. Cleaned the sensor still won't start. Is there more than one and if so where? Put new fuel filter on and there was trash in it. Thought I...- buddy
