99 5.4l low rpm/low speed cruising engine loping, surging
I picked up a nice 99 Expedition for cheap with a blown 5.4. I swapped in a 2004 2 valve. I used my aluminum intake as the plastic one had blown up. Truck had been in an accident. Assuming it backfired on impact? Anyways I had to remove a chuck of plastic from one cylinder but I didn't see any...- jchopo01
