Fueltank vacuum, p01450?! Emergency lol

Could one of you nice fellers help me figure something out... I have vacuum on my tank. My CE light popped saying p01450 (excessive vacuum ) and two codes for running lean. It's starting to hurt my performance tbh. Any idea what would cause this?
