Swapping OEM engine with lightning engine
Can I swap my 2003 expy 5.4 2v engine for a 2004 ford lightning SVT engine? And if so can I use the original transmission with a performance shift kit or do I have to put a ford lightning transmission?- Julius

Forged internals
Hey guys I have a 2003 Ford expedition 4wd 5.4l with 267k miles on it. I want to rebuild the engine and put forged internals so I can later install a supercharger. What can you guys recommend me and do I also need to upgrade the transmission?- Julius

After market throttle body
Hi everyone, I'm new to the forum. I just purchased a 2014 Expy XL 5.4 3v and put a flow master 40 series, a complete airaid cold air intake, throttle body spacer and it feels good. I'm thinking about putting a bbk 80 mm throttle body on it so I can have a better throttle response. My question...- Julius
