***HELP*** 2024 Expedition Max KR 4x4 w/ CCD W/SUSP Road Preview

I just purchased a 2024 Expedition Max KR 4x4 w/ CCD W/SUSP Road Preview. I contacted a shop about installing a grill guard on the front and was told that you cannot put one on it because of the CCD W/SUSP Road Preview. Does anyone here have any information on this or know if that is true?
