Rear diff output shaft oil leak
Anyone had a rear diff output shaft seal leak (drivers side) yet? Noticed some oil drops on the garage floor and the rear diff housing has gear oil drops on it. Guess that is something for the dealer to do hopefully under warranty.- DieselMonk

My 2024 got an OTA PCM update 25.6.1?
Can’t find too much about it. And if I find something it’s about 18 to 21 Expy’s? Fordpass sez PCM-25.6.1 update, resolves a potential check engine warning light on instrument panel. Got the update yesterday. Anybody else got it?- DieselMonk

Thin paint on the 2024’s?
After washing the truck I found tons of chipped paint (black). Never had a problem like this bad. Truck was never stuck or spinning its wheels. Seems to me that the paint is really thin? My old 2018 F150 didn’t have such thin paint. Anybody noticed that too? Got chips around the rear wheel well...- DieselMonk

Rear locking differential only on Tremor?
Just for fun I built a new 2025 Expedition in 3 different flavours on the Ford.com website. To my surprise lot of them had the HD tow package standard?
