I used the stock shocks when I had the EIbach springs in there. They seemed to work just fine.

Painted cladding and grill on my 03

Looks really good. I switched grills but did have my surround colormatched to the body. It's been about 10 or 11 months and is still in perfect condition.

    Air Suspension

Shockwaves (for my 4x4, anyway) were about $800 per pair. I did not go with the big red system, so I don't know what that cost it. I can tell you though, that aside from the custom fabbed tank rack and compressor rack, my system was pretty much a bolt on.

    2004 bagged on 24s

I know you can get the heads at Stylinconcepts.com these days. As for removing the heads.... do just what you did. Remove the top two bolts. Then get a large flat head screwdriver, and wrap a shop rag around it. Put it in between the grill surround, and the inside, lower tip of the lens. Pry...

I know what you are talking about, exactly. I had the same issue on my last one, and this vehicle. But somehow, when you put it in, it just fits right.

    2004 bagged on 24s

    Taillights, sub enclosures 2003

Custom enclosure Sorry, I read the word 'custom' and misunderstood what you were looking for. I do know that when they had the rear plastic areas, in the cargo space, apart for my install, there was PLENTY of room to build an enclosure inside. I think you could probably fit a single 12 in the...

    Taillights, sub enclosures 2003

Sub enclosures I know this is an old thread, but I'm new here so I'm bringing it back up. I also needed to be able to use my cargo space, but needed a sub setup for shows. Here is what I came up with. and with the third row up....

    lowering springs

Lowering Springs...... Yes, there are lowering springs for the 03-05 models. Works for both 2wd & 4wd. I had them on my expedition before I bagged it. They are from Eibach, and they are simply a direct spring replacement. (http://eibach.com/eibach/images/EPS_TruckApplications.pdf) Here is a...
