EGR Valve and Ports
2001 Expy with 22K miles. Just had EGR valve, Positioning sensor replaced and had 'plenum' removed to clean out ports due to carbon buildup. Any ideas on premature carbon buildup.- JDCAir

Inevitable Engine Repairs
Just had the ports cleaned on a 2001 w/22K miles. Seemed premature to me. Also had EGR valve and positioning sensor replaced. Any thoughts ?- JDCAir
