    1. If the trans operates normally otherwise, I'd wait for the weather to warm up and see if the condition persists. 2. I never shifted my 4WD Expys into 4WD unless I was stopped or moving slowly and then only into 4A. Check the Owner's Manual, it'll tell you what you can and can't do.

    Check the owner’s manual for the location of the fuses and the diagram for which fuse is responsible for the pump(s). If the problem turns out to be the pump itself, I may have an extra depending on the specific part number needed.

    Every time I've done a Sync update it takes forever and there's very little in the way of screen info to tell you exactly what's going on. I may try the CyanLabs thing next time the issue comes around for me.

    Agree 100% I put a Truetrac in my Mustang about 10 years ago, best money I've ever spent for a driveline part. Lots of Jeep guys use them also.

    The uneven tire wear and the off center steering wheel should be a huge red flag. Almost certainly a sign of getting hit then not repaired properly.

    Do you have a particular reason to be concerned about the cam followers? Unless you've had an oil issue of some kind I don't think there's any reason to expect them to go bad. Maybe do an inspection to see if there's any unusual wear and proceed accordingly?

    If it is indeed the radiator fans then I'd look for a sketchy sensor to be the culprit.

    The switch assembly is an easy replacement but if it’s still covered under warranty then that would be the way to go.

    Depends on the symptom but yes, it’s possible. They’re usually super simple to replace... give it a try and see what happens.

    The dealer I bought it from (used) did that before I saw the truck. They wouldn't have been my choice but they seem to work OK. I'll probably end up with a set of Gorillas if I keep the vehicle long enough.

    Installed some new WeatherTech goodies over the weekend... bug shield and mud flaps.
