Check Engine light and stumbling
I had the same issue on my '03 5.4L. It turned out to the be the no. 2 cylinder ignition coil. I was told that each cylinder on that motor has it's own coil, and it failed. Replaced (about $250 at dealer) and I was good to go.- cfeltenberger

2001 black expy w/ altezza tails and black halos
Halo Lights Bought a set for my 03 Expy, and I don't think they illuminate as well as the stock housing with PIAA Extreme Force bulbs I installed. Did you do any addtional "aim" or adjustments to the lights themselves? I replaced the halogens with PIAA Xtreme White bulbs and that helped, but...- cfeltenberger

Cold Air Intake
I'm considering a cold air intake for my 03 Expy EB w/ 5.4L. Any recommendations? I'm also concerned about water ingestion, is this a real possibility with the after market intakes (K&N, etc).- cfeltenberger

03 Expy EB - Backup Aid and Mirror problem.
Just purchased a 03 Expy EB. Two problems I seem to be having and wanted to see if anyone has any input. 1. The backup aid does not seem to be working.
