Spark plugs and ignition coil problem - 2004 EB 5.4L

Intermittent misfire
My 2003 always throws a code when I'm getting a misfire from a plug related issue. Given you had no codes, both before and after the plug/coil replacement, I doubt your problem is there. Just purchased an 2003 Expedition.
I have a 2003, 5.4, 4WD, with over 230K miles, and have always used synthetic Castrol 5W-20, with no issues. I'll also add that you consider a coolant check/flush if you don't know how old it is. Same experience on my part.... window switches have failed in my '03, and relatively cheap replacements from ebay did the trick. For the seat heaters, i have one broken and the other working.
